4. Google user data
Some Phase Logic products integrate with Google services (including Google sign-in and the Google Business Profile API). Where we access Google user data:
- We request only the OAuth scopes required to deliver the feature you have asked for, and we describe each scope on our consent screen before you grant access.
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of our products. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to deliver the requested service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition (in which case we will provide notice).
- We store the minimum Google user data needed to operate the feature, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and retain it only for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
- You can revoke our access at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions or by deleting your Phase Logic account.
- Phase Logic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How we share information
